PMS Women’s Spiritual Retreat 2026

From Survival to Serenity

September 11–13, 2026

Mingus Mountain Camp & Retreat Center
Prescott Valley, Arizona

A weekend of recovery, connection, and renewal in the cool mountain air.

What This Retreat Is About

Recovery often begins in survival.

Surviving chaos. Surviving isolation. Surviving ourselves.

But recovery does not end there.

This retreat is an invitation to move beyond survival — to experience serenity in community.

For three days, we step away from the noise of daily life and gather in the quiet of Mingus Mountain. We share meetings, workshops, meals, and laughter. We rest. We reflect. We reconnect.

There is no performance here.
No pressure to be anything other than present.

Together, we practice what it feels like to live — not just survive.

“We are no longer fighting to survive; we are learning how to live.”

    Secret Sisters

Secret Sisters is a tradition that began at our 2025 retreat — a quiet, joyful way to practice connection through anonymous kindness.

    Participation is completely optional.

    How It Works

    • On Friday evening, you may write your name on a slip of paper and place it in the Secret Sisters jar.
    • During the Friday night meeting, names will be drawn.
    • The name you pull becomes your Secret Sister for the weekend.
    • Find her bed and begin your quiet acts of love and encouragement.
    • On Sunday, during the closing meeting in the cafeteria, you may choose to reveal yourself — or remain anonymous.

Ways to Pamper Your Secret Sister

    • Self-care items (lotions, face masks, bath products)
    • Snacks or favorite treats
    • Books, poetry, or recovery literature
    • Flowers or handmade notes
    • Small clothing items or cozy comforts
    • Any thoughtful surprise from the heart

Participation is completely optional. The spirit of Secret Sisters is kindness — not obligation, comparison, or pressure.
